This year marks a significant milestone as we celebrate Adam Kilbourne, FSMPS, CPSM’s 25th anniversary with Tec Inc. Since stepping into the role of President, Adam has been a driving force behind our continued growth and success. Under his leadership, we have seen year-over-year increases in both revenue and profitability, solidifying Tec Inc.'s position in the industry.
Adam has approached his role with vision, patience, and positivity, working alongside his team rather than leading from above. He provides guidance and encourages professional growth, fostering a strong and vibrant company culture filled with talented engineers who consistently exceed client expectations. His dedication to collaboration and proactivity has been instrumental in achieving the company's goals.
One of Adam's recent achievements was the successful implementation of the Vantagepoint upgrade from Deltek Vision, enhancing our operational efficiency and project management capabilities. Additionally, he spearheaded the upgrade of all desktop computers and network systems across all three of our locations, ensuring our team has the tools they need to excel.
Beyond his contributions at Tec Inc., Adam has been an active leader in the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). His service on the Northeast Ohio Chapter Board, including roles as Chapter President and Liaison, showcases his commitment to fostering excellence within the industry. As a Fellow of SMPS and the current Secretary/Treasurer for the organization, Adam continues to influence and inspire the next generation of marketing professionals.
