John Milenius joined Tec Inc. team after a significant career at a civil engineering firm, now serving as a principal and the Director of Mechanical Engineering.  John has expertise in HVAC design and has worked on hundreds of projects of all sizes and market types throughout his more than 25 year career in the engineering field.   

 

Providing a wide variety of mechanical services to both new construction and renovation projects, John offers a lengthy background in commercial, industrial, institutional, and federal buildings. He's also renowned for producing a coordinated set of documents that fit within any client's budget.

Outside of the office, John is involved in the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineering (ASHRAE) and is also an accredited professional in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). He' also continuously updating his training in the latest air conditioning systems design and plumbing codes.
